For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any edible or candy lingerie products once they have been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or missing items, 

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund for our discretion.
